Arnolds Moving Out? CBS executives are expected to announce today a new deal with Roseanne and Tom Arnold. It will follow Tom Arnold’s announcement on Friday that he was going to star in a new fall series for CBS because of ABC’s indecision about whether to renew his “The Jackie Thomas Show” for the fall season. Roseanne Arnold, star of ABC’s top-rated “Roseanne,” had theatened last month to take her show off ABC at the end of the 1994 season and to move to another network if ABC didn’t act swiftly to renew her husband’s show. “The Jackie Thomas Show” was among the cancellations by ABC for the fall season, sources said. Tom Arnold’s new series will be written by “Designing Women” creator Linda Bloodworth-Thomason.
