Since it is not considered an abridgment of the right of free speech to deny crying “fire” in a crowded theater, would it not follow that inflammatory interviews by the media (TV, radio) that can only generate anger, fear and other potentially dangerous responses should also be denied? We have been subjected to numerous examples of the latter during the past few weeks.
