KEY DEAL: The controversial Warner Ridge development in Woodland Hills scored a victory Thursday, announcing that 20th Century Industries will be the project’s major tenant. . . . The auto insurer, currently based in Warner Center, is growing and needs more space. The deal is good news for Warner Ridge Partners, who have fended off eight years of legal challenges by the city, Councilwoman Joy Picus and local homeowners. They now plan to break ground in June. . . . When completed, the $200-million complex next to Pierce College will include 690,000 square feet of commercial space.
