Victim of Fatal Shooting Found in South Oxnard
Oxnard police were investigating a fatal shooting Thursday night on the city’s south side.
A Latino man in his 20s was found shot to death in a carport behind an apartment building in the 500 block of Cuesta Del Mar, Police Sgt. Charles Dunham said.
The shooting occurred about 7:30 p.m., Dunham said, adding that the circumstances surrounding the gunfire were unknown. Police were interviewing several witnesses.
