Custom-er Satisfaction

I had an entirely different experience going through LAX Customs recently than did Lahneed Gallo (“Letters,” March 14). Returning to LAX after being in transit for 32 hours, I expected the worst. As it was, I was whisked through very promptly, my luggage (came) down very fast--and an attendant was there to hand out luggage carts free. I was out of the airport within 15 minutes. My only complaint, although LAX is usually very good about this: no one to check the luggage tags. I could have walked out with any luggage.
