Creditors Seek Liquor Barn Reorganization: La Jolla-based Intermark Inc., a principal owner of the troubled Liquor Barn chain, said creditors have filed a court petition seeking to force the beverage retailer into Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization. Creditors have been negotiating with the firm since February, when Liquor Barn changed management and announced it would be converting the chain from 28 stores to an eight-store warehouse operation.
