Hollywood : Chamber Picks President

Directors of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce named Michael Dubin, an executive at a development firm, to be the organization’s president.
Dubin, a senior vice president at Kornwasser & Friedman, said he hopes to get the chamber more involved with residents and local merchants.
Dubin started his career as a park employee in Park City, Utah. He later worked for the athletic department at USC, where he received a doctorate in exercise science before going into commercial real estate.
Kornwasser & Friedman recently opened the Hollywood Galaxy entertainment complex at the western end of the Hollywood Boulevard tourism strip.
