Igor Zhelezovski of Belarus took the men’s overall lead after two races in the World Sprint Speed Skating Championships at Ikaho, Japan. Dan Jansen of West Allis, Wis., is in second. In the women’s race, defending champion Ye Qiaobo of China posted her second victory in 24 hours, winning the 500-meter race. American Bonnie Blair finished second.
