BEEN THERE: She survived the White House pressure cooker as deputy press secretary to former First Lady Nancy Reagan for 5 1/2 years, so Wendy Weber figures being public affairs chief for Golden West College will be a breeze. . . . “After you’ve dealt with the White House press corps, you’re prepared for anything,” says the 42-year-old Weber, who returned home to Huntington Beach after Reagan left office. “Now it’s somebody else’s turn.”
