COLLEGE ROUNDUP : Nietzke Scores Four in Chapman Victory

Buster Nietzke had four hits and scored four runs and Chris Briones had two hits and drove in four runs as Chapman beat Cal State Dominguez Hills, 12-0, in a nonconference baseball game Wednesday in Carson.
Bob Skapik (1-2) allowed four hits and no runs over eight innings to get the victory for the Panthers (6-7). It was the third consecutive loss for Cal State Dominguez Hills (7-3).
In nonconference softball:
Cal State Northridge 4-2, Cal State Fullerton 3-1--Northridge (6-1), ranked 14th in the nation, swept a doubleheader from fifth-ranked host Fullerton (0-2). Denise Dewalt had five hits, one run scored and one RBI for the Titans in the two games.
In nonconference baseball:
Albertson 8, Southern California College 1--Pitcher Mike Weinstein took the loss for SCC (6-5). Albertson raised its record to 2-0-1.
