MCA Records Sues Mike Curb’s Firm: The division of MCA Inc. said it filed the complaint to settle a dispute with the former lieutenant governor’s company over rights to master recordings by country stars Naomi and Wynonna Judd as well as payments of royalties and promotion costs of other artists. A spokeswoman for Curb Music said company officials declined comment.
