CSUN Women 2nd, Men 3rd in Swim Meet

Cal State Northridge was second in the women’s competition and third in the men’s scoring Friday after two days of the Pacific Collegiate Swimming Conference championships in Long Beach.
Freshman Heather Ballard set conference records in the 400 individual medley (4:23.16) and 200 freestyle (1:51.42). The latter mark came during CSUN’s record performance in the 800 freestyle relay.
Nicole Hudson, Jill Odgen and Denise Lamoureaux also swam on the relay that clocked 7:41.48.
The meet concludes today.
