The Sun Won’t Come Out: “Annie Warbucks,” the “Annie” sequel that toured to San Bernardino, San Diego and Hollywood last fall, won’t open on Broadway as scheduled on April 21. The producers couldn’t round up enough of the estimated $5.5-million capitalization but held out hope for a Broadway opening later in the year.
