Here and Gone: “Out All Night” and “Rhythm & Blues” have been yanked off the NBC schedule after getting dismal ratings last Friday, their initial outings on that night. “Out All Night” ranked 90th and “Rhythm & Blues” was 93rd out of 95 shows listed in the latest A.C. Nielsen ratings. NBC officials said the two situation comedies, which both feature predominantly African-American casts, would return later in the season. “Secret Service” will take their 8-9 p.m. time period tonight and next Friday.
