Briefly Told: Barry Kemp has resigned as executive producer of Delta Burke’s ABC series “Delta,” citing “professional differences.” The show resumed production last week after a six-week shutdown for creative fine-tuning. . . . Five “extraordinary” teachers will be profiled on “Campbell’s Portrait of a Teacher,” March 3 on Lifetime. Phylicia Rashad will host, and a local teacher is among the five: Juan Pantoja, a bilingual fifth-grade teacher at Manchester Avenue Elementary School.
