A Different View: Frazer Smith continues his tradition of spoofing the Rose Parade on New Year’s morning by broadcasting his “Tournament of Neuroses” radio commentary on the televised festivities, beginning at 6 a.m. Friday on KLSX-FM (97.1). Instead of this year’s official “Entertainment on Parade” theme, Smith’s slogan is “Idiots on Parade.”
