RADIO LOVE: Fullerton College Radio KBPK is interspersing its regular program with “Stop the Hate” public service announcements, aimed at promoting interracial understanding. The spots, which run 30 seconds and a minute, are produced by the Leadership Conference Education Fund. . . . The college station plans to run them twice daily for at least a year. Says KBPK director Jim Bain: “These powerful public service spots remind people that life is short and that they should stop the hate.”
