Moorpark’s Peterson to Play at Colorado St.

Todd Peterson, a 6-foot-5, 280-pound offensive lineman from Moorpark College, has accepted a football scholarship at Colorado State.

Raider Coach Jim Bittner said Peterson signed a letter of intent Wednesday, the first day junior college players were allowed to do so by the NCAA. The Raiders won the Northern Division of the Western State Conference but lost in the Potato Bowl to Bakersfield.
