The following are selected entries from the crime logs of local law enforcement agencies between Nov. 30 and Dec. 6:
La Crescenta
Foothill Boulevard, 3100 block--A man who said he had a gun attempted to rob a bank at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 2, but apparently panicked and fled while the teller was getting the money.
El Caminito Street, 2800 block--Thieves broke into the storage boxes of a parked truck and stole power tools and other equipment valued at $2,580 between midnight and 6 a.m. Dec. 3.
Glendale
Honolulu Avenue, 2900 block--A rollaway tool cabinet with tools, valued at $10,000, a handgun, valued at $450, and $2,000 were reported stolen from a garage on Nov. 30.
North Brand Boulevard, 100 block--A bank teller was robbed of about $1,100 by a man at 12:15 p.m. Nov. 30.
East Palmer Avenue, 800 block--Burglars used pliers to force open the front door of a house, where they stole Egyptian and American coins, valued at $10,000, and jewelry, valued at $1,300, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Nov. 30.
North Adams Street, 300 block--A man reported that two men followed him home from a card casino and assaulted and robbed him of his wallet, which contained $700 cash, at 1:10 a.m. Dec. 2.
Tyler Street, 1000 block--An apartment was burglarized between 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Dec. 3, and two guns valued at $800 and clothing and other items valued at $355 were taken.
South Central Avenue, 1100 block--An undetermined number of car stereos and components were stolen from an auto shop during a burglary at 4:25 a.m. Dec. 5.
North Verdugo Road, 3500 block--About 30 cartons of cigarettes valued at $540 were stolen from a liquor store at 9:50 p.m. Dec. 6, after thieves pried open a door lock.
Atwater Village
Riverside Drive, 2400 block--Liquor and cigarettes, valued at $6,025, were reported stolen from a storage facility at a mini-market on Nov. 30.
Cypress Park
North Figueroa Street, 2200 block-- Household goods and a TV, valued at $4,700, were reported stolen from a storage facility on Dec. 4.
Eagle Rock
Norwalk Avenue, 2200 block--Thieves removed bars from a house, ransacked it and stole a TV and tools, valued at $1,190, between Nov. 22 and Dec. 1.
Colorado Boulevard and Highland View Avenue--A man entering his car at a convenience store was robbed at gunpoint of the vehicle and $186 at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 30.
College View Avenue, 4500 block--Jewelry and cameras, valued at $1,130, were stolen from a house between 7:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. Dec. 2.
Las Flores Drive, 1200 block--Burglars entered a house through a pet door and stole a TV and video equipment, valued at $1,140, between 8:15 a.m. and 12:40 p.m. Dec. 2.
Townsend Avenue, 5000 block--Thieves broke a front window to enter an apartment where they stole jewelry and video equipment, valued at $2,250, between 10:30 a.m. and 7:40 p.m. Dec. 2.
West Broadway, 2900 block--Computer equipment, valued at $3,500, was reported stolen from a business on Dec. 3.
Echo Park
Sunset Boulevard, 1600 block--Three men with a revolver robbed a man in a parking facility of $1,100 cash at 7:55 a.m. Nov. 30.
Redesdale Avenue, 1600 block--Sporting goods and a stereo, valued at $3,936, were stolen from a truck between 12:30 and 9 a.m. Dec. 4.
Redesdale Avenue, 1700 block--Burglars entered an apartment through an unlocked patio door and stole $3,300 in money and video equipment between 8:15 a.m. and 10:45 p.m. Dec. 4.
Echo Park Avenue and Sunset Boulevard-- Two men with a gun pulled a motorist out of a car, threw the victim to the ground and fled in the vehicle at 1 a.m. Dec. 6.
Glassell Park
Isabel Drive, 3000 block--A house was burglarized between 12:30 and 3 p.m. Nov. 30, and cameras and jewelry, valued at $3,985, were stolen.
Los Feliz
Ambrose Avenue, 4800 block--Between Nov. 15 and Dec. 4, burglars stole a TV and video equipment, valued at $15,000, from a house.
Prospect Avenue, 4100 block--Thieves robbed a business of machines and other property, valued at $2,879, between Nov. 25 and 30.
Monon Street, 3700 block--Two men told an apartment occupant that his brother was sick, forced their way inside at knifepoint, tied the victim up and robbed him of $50 and his car at 1:30 a.m. Nov. 30.
Los Feliz Boulevard, 3700 block--Two men reportedly stole cameras and video equipment, valued at $2,081, from an apartment at 2:35 p.m. Nov. 30.
Bonvue Avenue, 4800 block--A stereo, ski equipment and clothing, valued together at $2,472, were stolen from a car in a driveway on Dec. 2.
Clayton Avenue, 4000 block--Burglars entered an apartment through a window and stole video and telephone equipment, valued at $4,085, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Dec. 2.
Los Feliz Boulevard, 3700 block--A thief entered an unlocked apartment and stole $3,624 at 3:05 p.m. Dec. 4.
Waverly Drive and Rowena Avenue--A man put his arms around a woman, simulated a gun and took her purse and wallet, valued at $38, at 4:50 p.m. Dec. 4.
Highland Park
Roy Street, 6100 block--A solar heating unit, valued at $6,759, was reported stolen from a yard on Nov. 30.
South Avenue 55, 300 block--Burglars pried an apartment’s sliding glass door off its track and stole a TV and jewelry, valued at $1,786, between 11:30 a.m. and 3:10 p.m. Nov. 30.
Holland Avenue, 600 block--Three men forced occupants of a car out at gunpoint at 6 p.m. Dec. 1 and fled in the vehicle.
San Pascual Avenue, 300 block--A parrot, valued at $500, was stolen from the porch of an apartment by two men at 4:45 p.m. Dec. 2.
North Toledo Street, 1100 block--Thieves broke into a garage and then entered the attached house through an open door between 9 and 11 a.m. Dec. 3, and stole video equipment and a stereo valued at $10,850.
West Avenue 45, 100 block--Two gunmen robbed a market clerk of money and liquor, valued at $355, at 8:15 p.m. Dec. 3.
San Rafael Avenue, 4000 block--Burglars entered a house through an unlocked window and stole a TV and computer equipment, valued at $4,200, between 8 a.m. and noon Dec. 5.
Mt. Washington
Mount Washington Drive, 600 block--Tools and equipment, valued at $1,405, were reported stolen from a house under construction on Dec. 5.
Silver Lake
Griffith Park Boulevard, 2600 block--A drug store clerk was robbed at gunpoint of $382 and a two-way radio at 10:20 a.m. Nov. 30.
Griffith Park Boulevard, 1200 block-- Thieves forced a garage door open and stole household goods, valued at $3,000, between 6:15 and 9:15 p.m. Dec. 2.
Silver Lake Boulevard, 3200 block--Jewelry, valued at $1,200, was stolen from a house between 10:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. Dec. 3.
