Video Company Acquisition: Impression Delivery Corp., a Plymouth, Minn., satellite TV network, said Wednesday that it will acquire home video distributor Prime Cut Entertainment of Mission Viejo.
Prime Cut, which distributes PG and PG-13-rated versions of R-rated motion pictures, will continue to operate at its current site. Chief Executive John J. Lee will continue in his position and take a management role in Impression Delivery.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
Impression Delivery, which plans to begin trading its stock on the NASDAQ market during the first quarter of 1993, is developing a satellite advertising network for convenience stores.
