‘Jackie’ Scores: Despite mixed reviews, Tom Arnold’s new sitcom, “The Jackie Thomas Show,” kept a mighty share of “Roseanne’s” audience in its premiere Tuesday night on ABC. “Jackie Thomas,” which stars Arnold as a difficult-to-get-along-with sitcom star, drew a 21 rating, according to national figures from the A.C. Nielsen Co. The 21 rating represented 90% of the audience that watched “Roseanne” just ahead of it. When “Coach” last followed “Roseanne” Nov. 17, it kept 86.1% of the audience.
