Tanker Crashes, Explodes in Milwaukee; Driver Dies

MILWAUKEE — A gasoline tanker crashed through a freeway interchange guardrail and plunged 40 feet into a parking lot Friday. It then burst into flames and set off explosions. The driver was killed.
Some vehicles in the parking lot were crushed and burned, but all were believed unoccupied, officials said. Gas from the tanker spilled into the city’s sewer system, causing two explosions.
