Dozens Flee Salvador Jail

SAN SALVADOR — Dozens of prisoners escaped and at least one convict was killed and three guards were wounded in an armed jailbreak Friday from Mariona prison here, El Salvador’s largest penitentiary. Police said that a band of drug traffickers had apparently organized the jailbreak.
