BUYING TIME: Singer Michael Bolton, above, and sax player Kenny G made a unique offer at a celebrity ski event in March: For a good cause, they’d perform free for the highest bidder. The winner: the Cystic Fibrosis Guild of Orange County. Guild members David and Sue Hook and Ralph and Eva Mann personally split a $50,000 bid, which goes to the charity. . . . They will perform at a Tuesday night benefit at the Disneyland Hotel. “It was a struggle juggling their schedules, but they’ll be here,” says Sue Hook.
