SHARING ART: For the first time, the 39-year-old Orange County Philharmonic Society will give a portion of its concert proceeds to another organization. Most of the money from its Chanticleer Christmas concert Dec. 16, at the Orange County Performing Arts Center, will go to the AIDS Services Foundation/Orange County. . . . Says Philharmonic executive director Erich Vollmer: “We’re really concerned about the effects of AIDS on the classical-music world.”
