NORTH HOLLYWOOD : Motorcyclist, 28, Killed in Accident
A Canyon Country man was killed when his motorcycle struck a freeway pillar in North Hollywood, the Los Angeles Police Department said Friday.
Mark David Trainor, 28, was headed north on Riverside Drive south of Hortense Street about 11:30 p.m. when he missed a turn and struck a raised center divider before crashing into a freeway pillar, Sgt. Joe Cross said. Trainor was pronounced dead at the scene on Wednesday night, Cross said.
