2nd Quake Hits Morocco

RABAT, Morocco — A magnitude 5.4 earthquake shook southeastern Morocco on Friday, injuring 45 people, toppling walls and cutting power to some communities, the government news agency MAP reported. It was the second temblor to hit the area in a week.
