Fencing: CBS has ordered nine more episodes of “Picket Fences,” the drama starring Tom Skerritt and Kathy Baker. To give the show more exposure, an episode will air in the “Northern Exposure” time-slot on KCBS Channel 2 tonight at 10 p.m. It goes back to its regular time period Friday at 10 p.m.
