Manual Arts 7, University 6--Dion Laffitte scored on a four-yard run in the second quarter as Manual Arts edged out University for a Coastal Conference win.
University scored its first points of the season on Marlon Harrison’s one-yard run with 36 seconds left.
Laffitte, who had 75 yards in nine carries, scored with 2:49 left in the half.
