An application for an absentee voter ballot is included in the sample ballot and voter information pamphlet mailed to all registered voters.
Completed ballots can be returned by mail or in person to the Elections Division or to any polling place before the close of polls at 8 p.m., Nov. 3. For more information, call the Elections Division at 654-2781.
