TRADE NUTS & BOLTS: Even many of President Bush’s critics applaud the new free trade agreement with Mexico and Canada. But many business people who might be affected are unclear on details. Rep. Christopher Cox (R-Newport Beach) hopes to fix that Monday. He’s hosting a morning seminar on the trade agreement for some 300 local executives at the Doubletree Hotel in Orange. Featured speaker will be Mexico’s Commerce Secretary Jaime Serra-Puche. Says a Cox staffer: “We’ll get into the real nuts and bolts executives will want to know about it.”
