Sue Henger, longtime museum editor at the Newport Harbor Art Museum, has been hired as publications manager at the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana, effective immediately. Her responsibilities will include editing the Bowers’ quarterly magazine, Artifacts, and the museum’s catalogues. Henger, who shepherded the editing and production of Newport Harbor’s catalogues and brochures for 15 years, was laid off there in September as part of a cost-reduction program to cope with a rising deficit.
