Gasoline Prices Continue to Drop: The retail price of a gallon of gas dropped nearly a quarter-cent in the last two weeks, according to a nationwide survey. The average price for all grades at full- and self-service pumps was $1.195 as of Friday, industry analyst Trilby Lundberg said. The 0.23-cent decrease follows a 0.25-cent drop reported Sept. 25. Average prices at self-service pumps, including all taxes, were $1.138 for regular unleaded, $1.312 for premium unleaded and $1.164 for regular leaded. At full-service pumps, prices were $1.398 for regular unleaded, $1.544 for premium unleaded and $1.499 for regular leaded.
