Larceny Dept.: Santiago’s football team is still looking for its first victory after four games, but it sure can’t blame its secondary for lack of effort.
The Cavaliers have intercepted 11 passes, including a county-high four by junior free safety Robert Wiemann. Santiago intercepted 16 passes last season.
Things could improve for Santiago Friday night. The Cavaliers play Bolsa Grande (0-4) in a Garden Grove League game.
