TV ECLIPSE: When you watch TV over the next week, you may see a snowy picture or blotches on some channels once in a while. But don’t automatically adjust your sets, cable TV companies in Orange County warn. . . . The blotches are only “sun outages,” caused when satellites are briefly eclipsed by the sun. . . . The interruptions last up to 10 minutes and should be over by Oct. 11, says a spokesman at Copley Colony in Costa Mesa. “A lot of people call us. It’s fun blaming the sun.”
