Marlon Starling, the former two-time world welterweight boxing champion, was arrested for the second time on charges of harassing a woman.

Starling, 34, of South Windsor, Conn., was charged with making 12 harassing telephone calls to a woman who told police she lived with Starling off and on from 1979 to 1992, according to Starling’s arrest affidavit.
