IN BRIEF : Chiropractic Clinic Opens on Skid Row
The first free chiropractic clinic, catering to the homeless and hungry of Skid Row, has been opened in the Los Angeles Mission, 303 E. 5th St.
The mission serves more than 2,000 meals a day and houses 176 people a night. It also supplies hot showers, vocational training, counseling, supervised recreation and a free barbershop.
Clinic hours are Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
