Child advocates have charged that former Pittsburgh Steeler Mel Blount disciplined two boys at his youth home in Pennsylvania by pushing one into a wall and slapping the other, a published report said.
Allegheny County Juvenile Court Judge Eugene B. Strassburger III said he will order Blount to cease using corporal punishment on children at the home, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette News Fax reported.
