Before joining Golden State, he was senior vice president at Fireside Capital Corp. Shuffle held similar positions at Farm and Home Mortgage Co. in Kansas City, Mo.; Horizon Financial Corp. in Irvine, and Metropolitan Financial Corp. in Falls Church, Va.
