State of the Talk-Show Address: He may not be President, but Jay Leno is going to assess his first 100 days--as host of NBC’s “The Tonight Show”--at an Academy of Television Arts & Sciences luncheon on Oct. 5 at the Universal Hilton in Universal City. After his opening monologue, Leno will answer questions from the audience.
