BAD TIMING: In other primaries Tuesday, veteran Democratic Rep. Nicholas Mavroules of Massachusetts will have more than the anti-incumbent mood among voters to overcome. Last month, Mavroules was indicted on a battery of felony charges, including bribery, tax evasion and influence-peddling. He faces two opponents in the primary.
