The Green Stuff: Comedian Bill Cosby laughed all the way to the bank this year as he regained the title of world’s highest-paid entertainer, Forbes magazine announced Sunday. Cosby tops Forbes’ annual list of 40 highest paid stars for the third time in the past six years; the magazine said he should pull in an estimated $98 million for 1991 and 1992. Second on the list is Oprah Winfrey, who should earn $88 million for the two-year period. The No. 3 spot went to actor Kevin Costner, who will take in $71 million. The New Kids on the Block pop group slipped from first to fourth place (with a two-year total of $62 million, with $54 million of that from last year). Others in the Top 10: Steven Spielberg ($57 million), Michael Jackson ($51 million) and Madonna ($48 million). A newcomer to the list, Garth Brooks, placed 13th with two-year earnings of $44 million.
