Out Hangin’: Jeff Franklin, creator of ABC’s new fall comedy, “Hangin’ With Mr. Cooper,” has left the show, network and studio executives said. No explanation for Franklin’s sudden departure was given. Franklin had previously created “Full House.” Danny Kaylis, who was co-executive producer, will take over for Franklin for the immediate future. The show stars Mark Curry as a substitute teacher who is living with two female friends, Dawnn Lewis and Holly Robinson.
