More than $200,000 worth of denim pants were taken from a Port Hueneme clothing store in a burglary early Thursday, authorities said.
Police responding to a silent alarm at the Pants Club on North Ventura Road discovered that burglars had stolen a large quantity of clothing from the shop after disarming the interior alarm, said Port Hueneme Police Officer Kenneth Dobbe.
A store employee said the intruders selectively stole Levi’s brand pants, leaving behind clothing with other labels.
No suspects have been identified in the burglary, which occurred just after midnight, Dobbe said.
