Chapman Women Win Volleyball Opener

CARSON — Tori Heywood and Amy Tamblyn each had 10 kills as Chapman opened its women’s volleyball season Wednesday with a 3-15, 15-13, 15-9, 16-14 victory over Colorado Christian at Cal State Dominguez Hills.
Rachel Beglar of Colorado Christian had a match-high 18 kills.
