Opening Attraction: “Olivier, Olivier,” a mystery drama in French by the director of last year’s acclaimed film “Europa, Europa,” will open the 30th annual New York Film Festival on Sept. 25. The new film from Polish director Agnieszka Holland is based on a true story of a child’s disappearance from a small town in France. The festival of 31 films from a variety of nations will run through Oct. 11.
