Rock-a-Bye Baby: Rock musicians Kurt Cobain, singer with the Nirvana band, and Courtney Love, leader of the group Hole, became parents of a daughter Tuesday morning. Frances Bean Cobain was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and a spokeswoman for the couple said mother and daughter are doing fine. Love said in a recent Vanity Fair magazine article that she had used heroin in the early stages of her pregnancy.
