Marion County Superior Court Judge Patricia Gifford denied a motion to release a copy of the retainer and fee agreement between boxer Mike Tyson’s rape victim, Desiree Washington, and an East Coast lawyer. The judge also denied the former heavyweight champion’s request for a new trial, according to the Indianapolis Star.
