SAN DIEGO : Man Shot, Killed After Argument
A 33-year-old San Diego man was shot and killed Saturday outside a local market, police said.
Jose De La Cruz was shot about 3 p.m. at least once in the chest, apparently as he argued with a man outside a grocery market in the 3600 block of Ocean View Boulevard, authorities report. He then tumbled into the store and notified the owner, who called for an ambulance.
The victim was taken to UC San Diego Medical Center, were he died at 6:55 p.m., authorities said.
