Agassi, Courier in Davis Cup

Andre Agassi and Jim Courier were named by captain Tom Gorman to the U.S. Davis Cup team that will face Sweden in the semifinals Sept. 25-27 at Minneapolis.
Courier, the world’s top-ranked player and winner of the Australian Open and French Open titles this year, will be making his 1992 Davis Cup debut. Agassi, the Wimbledon champion, played in this year’s two earlier U.S. victories, over Argentina and Czechoslovakia.
The U.S. doubles team will be announced later.
